  Jim Cross with ReMax listed our house in Essex Junction in early August 2008. Jim did a great job preparing the listing , pictures , an excellent list of all the positive points about the house. Jim did an extensive market analysis and recommended an asking price that we thought was appropriate. Jim advertised the house in the newspaper , networked with all his associates , and  scheduled an open house. As Jim had warned , August was a very slow month for house sales but in early September we had a number of people looking at the House and an offer that was very near our asking price , we accepted the offer.

   All of the preparation for the appraisal , inspection , closing were handled efficiently. Jim’s recommended selling price turned out to be almost exactly what the appraisal came in at and very close to the actual selling price.

  Communications with Jim were frequent through this process and he was always available and always returned calls and Emails.

  We highly recommend Jim as a realtor. There are several homes in our area for sale by owner that have been on the market for a long period.  Jim helped us sell our house quickly , at a very good price in a very difficult housing market.
